All iCan Shine classes are built around movement and play. Each curriculum ensures success via practice. Every effort is recognized for each individual’s unique abilities. Recreational skills might be difficult for people with impairments to learn. Breaking down abilities into small, attainable goals and celebrating each accomplishment boosts self-esteem and confidence, allowing you to tackle new obstacles.
This is referred to as the “iCan” sense. Everyone must believe “iCan” in order to put in the effort required to learn the talent. Positive encouragement and direction from well-trained, enthusiastic teachers and volunteers enable each participant to discover and develop their “iCan” mantra in a secure, friendly, and enjoyable atmosphere.
